Crazy Year...And it isn't even April yet!

So, as many of you know, this has been a crazy year for me.  The poor Kindergarteners had many subs and so many sub days, all due to my medical situations.  Now for a few weeks, they have a new teacher....my Mom, Margie.  She took over my class after I had surgery and will be staying out here at the mission until the end of April.  Please pray for her.  My kids are just a tad bit wild.  They are beginning to get used to her, and vice versa, but they are still a very active group.

Well I did get used to them. They really grew on me. It's almost November now and I find that they are often on my heart. I guess it would be more correct to say that I grew to love them all. I miss them now and often find myself wondering how each of them is doing because I know them better. Teaching this class was one of the hardest and best experiences of my life. I was stretched to the limits and strengthend by the stretch. Although to be honest I have to say that I love Michigan I must add that I really appreciate the beauty God has designed there in the west. Sometimes I just see in my mind the face of a beautiful Navajo child on a background of red sand and mesa and blue sky. This has been an incredible year. Love, Miss Margie
